In Barneveld a new hall was built for sorting, packing and shipping eggs. Energy intensive work that runs continuously, at an average of 3 MWh a day. Grid congestion in the region means no connection will be available for years. For most installers that is where a project stops. No safety net at peak demand, no margin for error, and every fault turning straight into production standing still.

The hall runs day and night on its own energy. Solar gets used to the maximum and the generators only start when they are genuinely needed. Control sits locally on the gateway, so the site keeps running if the 4G connection drops. Alarms are matched to impact: an email for a small deviation, a text for something bigger, a phone call when it is critical. No panic, and no unnecessary drives out.
